Kate Beckinsale strolls to lunch with her mother Judy Loe, daughter Lily and husband Len Wiseman in Santa Monica


After moving to Los Angeles eight years ago, Kate Beckinsale is very settled into her Hollywood lifestyle and made a family day out the perfect opportunity to show off the city to her mother.
Her Manchester-born mother and fellow actress Judy Loe joined Kate, her daughter Lily and husband Len Wiseman at the Locanda Portofino restaurant in LA.

The Holby City actress, who is the widow of Porridge actor Richard Beckinsale, was definitely enjoying the Californian sunshine with her daughter and the pair looked happy to be reunited.

Perhaps Kate was trying to convince her mother to move across the Atlantic and revive her acting career in Hollywood as they dined over lunch.

The Underworld actress was dressed down for the occasion, in flat gladiator sandals, jeans and a loose top.


While her 11-year-old daughter Lily seemed to be taking fashion advice from her mother as she wore similar skinny jeans, flat shoes and a baggy T-shirt.


The family head back to the car after lunch and a stroll around Santa Monica on Sunday


The 36-year-old’s film director husband, Wisemen, joined in on the dress down Sunday in flip flops, cargo shorts and a T-shirt.

After lunch the brood strolled around Santa Monica before heading home.
